Hi Matthew,

It's always been that way here.

The type2 (Baywindow bus) list is the same. I believe the intent was to discourage unintentional posts to the lists. Back in the old days when bandwidth was expensive and dial-up was the norm, it was important to stay on-topic.

If you use "reply all", it's not an issue.
