Subject:      Removing radiator bleeder screw

Trying to remove the bleeder screw, my idea being I want to pour coolant
into the radiator from the bleeder vent.  But, I cannot get the screw
all the way out, it is obstructed by the support bracket above it.

Is the screw ordinarily removable?  All I can think to do is grind away
part of the bracket, if I want to pursue this.
