You're right. The Dodge Dakota was not that badly damaged. As I understand it, the air bag replacement cost was $2,500.00 for the drivers side and a whopping $5,000.00 for the passenger side-on an 8 year old pick up, no wonder it was totaled. To bad it wasn't a Subie w/a 2.5-Vanagon conversion material!!! Jeff
