Small quantities of antifreeze (i.e. any amount your average car owner
might dump from a car or two) will have no adverse effects if the
water is treated through a modern  two-stage sewage treatment
facility. Granted, recycling is preferable for a myriad of reasons,
but down the toilet into sewage treatment is prefferable to letting it
run down the driveway into the gutter
