David, If your handy with a few common hand tools you can make some big improvements to your night time driving vision.

First: Perform the relay modification. http://neksiwel.20m.com/custom.html

Second: Check the battery voltage with the engine running and ALL the electrical consumers on, all lights , blowers ,A/C etc.. If it's less than thirteen volts you have some work to do. Let us know.

Third: Relocate the ground wires from the headlights. Presently they are rusting away on the ground clusters behind the fuse block. I cut the spade terminals off, replaced with ring connector and attached under the fuse block screws.

Fourth: Buy some H-4 replacements, now that you fixed the previous three items your system can handle them.
