Whew......just to shorten things up a bit, wouldn't you still agree that recycling is still the best option? Here you go : 1-800-CLEANUP www.earth911.com These guys can get you hooked up with a local recycler, pronto! BTW, bleach, shortly after doing its work (killing some algae,) evaporates. Antifreeze, specific gravity=1.12, will move right through a treatment plant. Sure, some may be eliminated via aeration, stirring, etc., but the majority will move right on through to the same destination (have not found info to support that the same bugs that consume poop, consume antifreeze).......your local body of water! When it exits the sewage treatment plant it may be diluted, but it will settle to the bottom eventually......the same stuff that blinds dogs, still capable of doing the same.
