Subject:      Steering Rack Hydraulic Fitting Size?

I removed the power steering rack from an '86 donor van today, to be
transplanted into my '82 diesel.  I want to temporarily install the
rack without the hydraulic system.  I'd like to put some metal caps
over the hydraulic fittings on the power steering rack until the
system is complete.  Can anyone tell me the size, and where to buy
them?  Is there a better way?
