I just want to say this is a very interesting subject and I am learning alot
from your research.  I have tried before to recycle in San Antonio and was
not able to. Ended up adding to my used motor oil and taking it to Jiffy
Lube on the down low. Keep us posted. Maybe with a new subject, though.
