There is s piece of steel about one inch square that holds the rails to the floor; there is another similar piece that sits on top of the rail that the seat bolts to. I'm also looking for one of the cover piece. It looks like the previous owner had a single-person seat installed and removed it. That section of the cover plate is missing.
