This is just the "garden variety" 8x12mm threaded bolt with a 13mm Hex.
Also sold by VW #s N0102374, N0102375 by other VW related outfits, but could
probably be gotten at the good ole FLAPS.  Original wasn't stainless, but
might be a good idea IF you can find it.  Don't have a groove cut into mine,
but I guess it would help in the bleeding.  Hasn't been an issue with me.
