Neither fuel filler location nor the orientation of windshield wipers is different on the RHD T3 Transporters. It's a digital faux pas. As a related (VW content) side note, a gentleman in our VW club had a RHD Beetle he brought over from Japan. He used get a kick out of going for rides with his Golden Lab in the front passenger seat.
