I was on the phone with him... about 10 days ago... or so... maybe more. He told me he was not much in the shop lately, he was not at his best, he told me not to say nothing on any list or forum! It felt strange that he ask me such a thing? What a great men he was.... i have spoken maybe 10 time with him, we spoke sometime for more than 30 minutes, always trying to get away from VW talk but we always come back to that subject. He loved Montreal and he was always telling me that he would visit me. I always had fun speaking with him, i can understand that Daryl got along with him because i feel the same when i speak with Daryl. I feel really sad tonight. I think Bob must have been quite a human being. Forget the VW side of it. Shit... i don't know what to say in those situation. Mr. Boston Bob himself is gone! I can't believe that! Daryl, please, let's do something for her wife and daughter. A little something, i would really like to do... something. I don't know what???? For now, his picture will go on my site..... that's is all i can do. Keep me up to date Daryl |
