The stainless steel dish draining pan was stock on US Westys but some or all Canadian market Westys don't have it. It folds down over the stove burners and lets you wash dishes without splashing the burners. It has a drain hole at the sink end. It should never be used to heat or cook anything as it will distort and discolor easily if lowered over a lit burner.
