Subject: VW shop

I'm watching My Classic Car on TV, and Jay Leno is driving one of his steam cars past a couple of VWs parked on the street, but it turned out it was a shop, with Bugs, Westys, Vanagons and old Bay Windows. Where is this, L.A.? Does anybody know where that shop might be? Just curious, since I was in California last year and only went to L.A. for the VW show in Irwindale, didn't take the time to visit the city at all. Thanks.
