Subject:      How to remove balky plastic bumpers?

I have purchased a set of fiberglass bumpers from someone in the US
(yes, he's reputable). He says he has removed all of the bolts, but
the bumpers are still firmly stuck in place.

I have suggested that there may be some of those hidden fasteners that
car manufacturers so love to install still there...

Anyone with experience in these things have advice?
