hi, it's 3 bolts that hold the aluminum bracket to the rear of the engine. there's no need to unbolt it. You just remove the 4 rubber mounts from it. Be careful about those 3 bolts, several times I've seen one of the upper ones broken off in the block. Not fun to repair. If all 3 bolts are intact and tight, I just leave them alone. Sometimes people think it's the rear rubber mounts that are worn, when what it really is ................... some of those are shot, plus one of the upper aluminum bracket mounting brackets is broken, or might have loosened up.

But yes, lower the back of the engine, support it, remove the large cross bar from the bottoms of the four rubber mounts, and see if there's enough room to sneak the mounts out. Scott www.turbovans.com
