Sitting at idle, in pretty much any weather you can find in sunny southern california, 4-5 minutes to settle in at operating temperature, a little longer (6 minutes?) to cycle once with the radiator fan. Driving down the highway at 65mph with 60degF outside temps, more like 7-8 minutes. Stuck in stop-n-go traffic with 95degF temps, it seems like the radiator fan kicks on after maybe 30 seconds, but maybe that's a hallucination due to no AC and a maladjusted heater valve...
