Many years ago a buddy of mine swore that the engine seized in his '68 Mustang because of Quaker State brand motor oil. He had made that comment several times before one day I finally had to ask why he thought it was the brand of oil that made the engine seize. His reply-there was no oil in the motor (duh!) when it seized, and it was the poor quality oil that caused it blow through the motor. Obviously the motor had issues, and he couldn't accept the fact that he screwed up and had to find something to assign the blame to-other than himself!   Jeff
