My 84 Westy's Blind-spot mirror has always been located in the lower inside corner. See photo by following link http://www.flickr.com/photos/77623993@N00/3024551369/

Hello list,

The other day as I was backing up El Guapo into a spot. I usually try to avoid combat parking but it was necessary this time........anyhow as I backed up I did not noticed the lamp post that got lost behind the D pillar. I took out the passenger side bumper camp [thanks god(s)]. I have always placed blind spot mirrors on my vehicles and I usually place them on the lower-outer corner of them.

What says the list? Is there a different placement for them? and if so is there a logic behind this?

Thank you, Tony -- 82 Scirocco "Rodolfo" 85 Vanagon "Blubrik, El Guapo"
