Subject: (LVC) Happy Birthday USMC and Veterans Day pre-study
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

USMC born 1775, Philadelphia PA. Happy Birthday.

Reading assignment for tomorrow, Armistice Day/Veterans Day.

NB: This is a difficult read. Move on if you might be offended.

For those of you who would like copies of some of my past work on Veterans Day, just send your email via pmail.

For those of you already subscribed, thanks and a lightly edited version of "Soldier in the Rain" will be posted off tomorrow.

I am considering putting some copies of some other works up on the Vanagon Yahoo Group (alternate site). Your feelings on such a move?

I will not be posting past works on this list as the present climate is not conducive to that sort of thing.

RVC Akki, a lieutenant with the USMC in the middle east, mentioned in a recent mail that he sees quite a few air-cooled vanagons in his area. Like the bunny and the corps, still goin after all these years.
