Like many of you out there on Vanagon land, I live in the country where there are plenty of deer. I see them hit laying dead on the side of the road every day. Very sad.

For years I have desired to have a set of good bull bars to protect the front of the Van from possible Deer Damage. For all of these years I have owned my Van I have never seen or found Bull Bars Available in the USA or Canada.

I think there is a real need but I assume that most of our Vanagon vendors do not?

I even tried to reach out to the UK but I have not found them there either. Maybe I need to do more research.

It seems the only place you can really get them is in Australia.

I have even spent the time to try and design my own. Now I am trying to find someone to weld it up and give me a quote for the material and labor.

Does anyone else know what vendors sell these Full Front End Bull bars?

Does anyone else feel they would like peace of mind with some Deer protection?

Robert NY
