Hello vanagon list, I suspect this question is a result of the failure of my google-fu and total lack of Bentley-fu but I just can't seem find info on checking fluid levels in the differentials and transmission on my van. My wife and I are taking the van out on its first big road trip and I want to check as much out as possible before hitting the road. Any other pre-big-road-trip advice is welcome as well! The van is an '89 Westy Syncro. Thanks to the list members who responded to my question about moving the oil cooler to the passenger side D-pillar. I finished that project yesterday and I think it may be keeping the engine cooler, although I won't know until next spring and summer when it gets warmer outside. Thanks, Luke ------------------------------------------------------------ + To unsubscribe from the Vanagon List send an e-mail to + listserv@gerry.vanagon.com with SIGNOFF VANAGON + in the body of the message. ------------------------------------------------------------ |
