Erk! Why does it have to be "sight unseen" That's a HUGE risk for them, and if they're on your side then also for you!!! If I were them, I would refuse to do a "sight unseen" estimate! (I [B] are a injunear.) And if I was a clever insurance adjuster and saw an estimate based on "sight unseen" I would give it little or no credence.
