I have been very happy following the instructions here for aligning the H-4s in my '90 (retangular): http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html The instructions there include calculations for height, not a set of 'one fits all' dimensions or dimensions for the target that assume a height for the lights.
