I just had one sent ups. They have a 150 # weight limit, so no problems. Cost was $ 79 from Texas to Calif. Drained of oil (important), wrapped and put in a couple of garbage bags, then into cardboard box. It MUST have a couple of heavy straps so they have something to grab.

Who's got some ideas on shipping a manual transmission? Weight is 116 pounds, and I don't think that includes the crate. Going from KY to CT. Anyone done this without breaking the bank?
