FWIW, I found that a combination of regular and large Thermarest "Base Camp" models cover all but 1-2" of the Westy bed area. http://thermarest.com/product_detail.aspx?pID=53&cID=3

I use them with 2 memory foam type mattresses. (no stock westy foam over engine lid. Tubbed engine lid for conversion)

Nice part is that In a pinch, if I have a guest, they can use the regular upstairs while I use the wide.
