This is great news, I'm very interested!

I've thought about installing one for a few years now but, since I have no propane tank I'll have to figure out something for fuel. I've seen some installations in non-campers where people installed westy propane tanks but I would rather not go that route.

I believe I can run the heater on 1lb or even a 20lb propane cannister. The most convient way to do it would be to run the heater on 1lb bottles and have the bottle located under the rear seat. Is that a bad idea? I'm not interested in exploding.

I would love to hear from anyone out there who has a propex in a non-camper vanagon or a multivan/westy weekender style van.

Thanks in advance!

Lee
