our first vanagon trip was from powell river to pemberville Laston Lastof Directions Leave Powell River >head south> Catch ferries to Vancouver> cross border to USA> Head south on 5 to Los Angeles -- turn left onto 10 and head east Somewhere around Oklahoma or so Maybe even Flagstaff Get onto 40 east and head in that sort of direction> somewhere around Indianapolis start heading toward Ohio Arrive in Ohio and head north toward Detroit /Toledo arrive Pemberville... Return by heading south with visits to Metropolis and Peduka > Keep on South to Memphis> turn with a gentle ease toward the right while still heading south > keep in a southerly direction until you find yourself in Murfreesburough, Arkansas where you enjoy Diamond Mine digging > then across texas heading west > and North > all the way to the sea> (Which is a beautiful site after all that road) turn right and head north on 101 > Stop in Los Osos and do the Gowesty thing

Proceed North > Load Van with books at Powells Books> return to Powell River> do most of the whole thing again a year later > love that vanagon and westie interior with 5 speed diesel hmmmh mmmm -- yours
