I did every inch of rubber fuel hose on the vehicle, except the piece between the tank and the fuel pump (it's a little larger diameter than the rest), including the short sections between the rail and the injectors. I basically followed the instructions outlined at

If you can order it in one continuous length, 4 meters of hose ought to do it. The hose I used came in pre-cut 1 meter lengths in this case you will need 5. I ordered 10' of the nylon sleeve but that was too much, I had about 3' left over but I wanted to have some extra in case I made any mistakes. To cut the sleeve material without fraying the ends, you need to use a "hot knife". An old butter knife heated in a blowtorch will do nicely -- though keep this well away from the fuel system work!
