That I will do.
As a matter of back ground... one of the reasons that I chose a small
mutual(Ohio Casualty) company to insure the van and another vehicle
was because of a recent experience with N'tionwide... who IS NOT on
your side.
Two years ago I had a car stolen from my property and five months
later I was still fighting with N'wide on the replacement value.
The contents of the stolen car were settled quickly and easily under
my home owner's policy with the same mutual company.
The same hour that I received a check from N'wide for the upward
adjusted but still undervalued amount,  I cancelled my 19 year
association with N'wide and went with this mutual company.
I have to tell you that I was braced for rough seas when I filed the
deer strike claim... I am pleasantly surprised about the end result
and will endeavor to make sure the new company knows.
I will also send a nasty gram to N'wide and my old agent, too.
Grrrr,  really, really bad taste in my mouth ....PATOUEE!!
I will be passing on my kudos to the adjuster's boss through an after-
the-transaction survey that I will solicit.
