is the ECU triggering the injectors ?
I can't tell what you're working on, but it sounds like a no start
situation.
First thing I do in one of those cases is check , with a NOID light, if the
ECU is firing the injectors.

btw.........at least 80 % of the time a see a waterboxer than won't
start..........it's from lack of ignition.
One thing to be aware of is....... simple wetting of the spark plugs with
fuel, so the plugs can't fire, even if getting ignition. .
Need to take out a couple plugs at least to check them if you suspect that.

the first two things I'd be asking are, is there ignition at all, and is the
ECU triggering the injectors ?

I have fuel pressure, I got sparks, good timing, changed the relays, still
not gas spraying into the engine.
I know, there is a list of things that can be wrong.  I just don't recall
them.
