If memory serves, you can get the slider door lever thingy off with just a screwdriver to carefully pop the interior panel off, and a single nut. That's probably the easiest one on the whole van. If it's anything like mine, it's also probably the lest used lock, meaning you'll get the tightest key - a sloppier key will work on the ignition and driver's side door, then fail to work on the slider and hatch.
