Yeah, seems like there's no reason that routing the oil lines all the way up front wouldn't work, either- and maybe it wouldn't be any more technically difficult than using the oil cooler to heat the rear. switching the cooler outside in the summer was something I hadn't thought about yet but should be pretty easy.

If I'm going to buy a van, it would be because I need utility vehicle with a heated cargo area. Having lived most of my life in MN and WI, the old cargo-area partition is nothing new to me. Knew people who did that even on big domestic vans which didn't particularly lack for heat- but thanks for the thought, Joel.

I'll let the list know if I decide to try it.
