well the very old time classic 'fix' is to fill the cylinders with coca cola, and let that sit in there for a few weeks. That'll eat at corrosion ! PB Blaster is one really good penetrating oil. I 2nd the marvel mystery oil idea. also..........if you have access to the flywheel teeth......... levering on those with a large screwdriver, might give nice leverage - plus you can go back and forth in tiny amounts, forward and backwards.
