Subject: Dometic problems
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Hi all,

My dometic works or doesn't work randomly. Sometimes it sparks once and is started. Sometimes it will go out quickly. Sometimes it will work for hours, then quit. Sometimes it won't start no matter what. Come back in an hour or take it to the repair shop and it starts immediately.

I've checked several times and each time there is propane. The only thing I could think of was the thermocouple with an intermittent problem so I replaced it. Same things happen.

Frig has been out, cleaned completely, run on the bench for three days without a glitch.

Any ideas? Beside demonic possession?

Mike in Marin
