I've suggested it already,
but you could check that the ECU is getting power.
you checked the ground for it ................the power is just as
important.
Just swapping relays .............that's a 'sort of' check, but not really.
Like, is the main relay getting energized.........and is that power getting
to the ECU ??
need to think about it that way.
on the injectors .........are they getting power ?
if they are, and there's fuel pressure present, just grounding the wire at
the injector that the ecu grounds to make the injectors spray, should make
them spray.
I'd check continuity from injectors to ecu, though it's very unlikely all 4
injector wires would be open of course.
Sometimes in the process of checking one thing like that, you discover
something else that's really 'it.'
you looked carefully at your ecu main connector ?
Did you check that the ecu can see that the distributor is turning ?
the only way the ecu knows to fire the injectors, is from seeing the engine
turning.........which it can't actually see, but it can see that the
distributor is turning.
( if I'm going to check injector spray pattern, rather than crank the engine
on the starter, sometimes I'll remove the distributor and turn it with my
fingers. The basic requirements for making the injectors spray are : Power
in all the right places, and grounds of course, . Fuel pressure, and
distributor turning. That's it I believe. All the other inputs are about How
Long the ecu should hold the injectors open. ) < throttle switches are
adjusted and working correctly ? >
You should be able to find the input from the distributor to the ecu in the
wiring diagrams.
If there is ignition, and there is power to the ecu, but no triggering
signal to the injectors.......
the ecu not being able to see that the distributor is turning *sure fits the
symptom* ! ........and I'd be checking that.
Time to dig deeper, start checking for the right signals in the right
places, like power where it belongs, and if the ecu can see the distributor
turning.
I would work on that circuit the most right now, since it totally fits the
symptom.

I am having a hard time finding the fault. This is a 2.1 engine.
Checked a lot of things already, but nothing. The following has already
been done;
Changed relays with known good ones,
changed distributor, to make sure Hall sender is working,
changed ECU,
fixed ground for ECU,
changed ignition switch, just in case.
I have good spark,
fuel pressure is 35,
The injectors are not getting electricity.
I have no idea.
