dear heat n chilly the idea of closing part of the van off from the heat source is a way to introduce moisture to your upper part which also includes advancing the deterioration of the top-- try this as an experiment -- instead of hanging the front privacy curtain tightly wrapped around the windshield and over the dash simply hang it between the two snaps just behind the cockpit seats -- with the diesel espar heater on medium to low all night -- in the morning the cooler side of the curtain will have retained all excess moisture ... generated by your own heat exchanger (lungs)

so i wouldnt be putting one of those fleece thermal barriers in if that were the dynamic set in place yet i would be willing to entertain real life experience stories with this item as a way to convince me other wise yours
