Vision Plus is DOT crap with a bit more light spread to the sides - I used them. E-code is Euro goodness with a sharp cutoff and uniform beam. Cibie, which is what I'm using now, is better than Hella (see Daniel Stern Lighting). For high wattage bulbs you want e-codes or you'll blind oncoming traffic with the scattered DOT low beams.
