Don't you notice on the low beam that the cut off is now no longer a very abrupt transition but rather a fuzzy one?  I had some H4 low beam only HIDs on my Westie for a bit and found that the pattern was not as good as halogen so I moved it to my Golf Country which had round lights and the pattern was still not perfect.  Vision for me was good, but I can't help to thing that I POed a few on coming drivers.
