oops, sorry richard.  I misread (i.e., didn't quite read) your first email.

Yes, when the web search works, it works perfectly.  For some people
(including me) it times out 90% of the time instead of working.  I have more
luck when I try it at 3am and such times.  The problem with it taking 4
minutes, is that often times, after waiting the 4 minutes, it fails with a
timeout error.  And then it does it again.  And so on.  That's not so much
fun!

But whatever you're doing wrong to get it to work, I wish I was too.
