Just for the record, I already have $16 saved toward my down payment. :o)

Naysayers aside, I think that this all comes down to one thing: PASSION

We're all passionate about our Vanagons, in part because of the inherent practical nature of the vehicles and that fact that they are just plain FUN!

That being said, what's to stop us from doing everything we can to petition VW to at least entertain a limited-time run of the Vanagon? What would it hurt to try?

WHAT . . . IF?

We can talk about how there's no way that they'd ever consider it, and how impractical it would be for them, how they'd lose money, yadda yadda . . .

But so what?

Just doing it in the first place is feeding into our passion, and - could be a lot of fun!!!!

So? ? ?

We gonna do this, or what?
