Oh my! I thought they were fantasy vehicles too. I did not know that it was a "real" company. Wow.. wow.. I only have to send $10K for my "refundable" deposit on one of these. So that's 250 units times 10K lets see that's $2,500,000. hhmmm. That should give those guys just enough money to go "bankrupt" then skedaddle out of town. They probably paid a fortune for those 3G graphics so they have to pay that guy off first.

And besides, who would pay $100K+ for a non-existent van when I can get a real Syncro Westy from GoWesty for the same price. ;)

As Steve Martin once said "One show, goodbye..."

So, today I was thumbing through the December issue of Vanity Fair (Lord, no I didn't buy it) - and on the "Hot Gifts" page is one of the verdier microbuses advertised for $109,000 - at verdier.ca According to that website, they are indeed taking orders for these - in five different colors - but the price listed for the solar model is $129,000. However, they are offering a "ground" powered model for a mere $69,000. I thought these were just fantasy vehicles.
