Summer 2008 was a great year for Lynn and I as we travelled around in our stretched Vanagon. We got to meet a lot of great people and our Vanalong ran flawlessly except for a bad 02 sensor. In our travels we came across 2 other stretched VWs. The first was Mark Drillock's stretch that we saw at Busfusion. I saw pictures of his stretch on the Internet but since he lives in California and I'm in Northern Ontario, I never thought I'd see both our stretches in one place. The next is a stretched Beetle which is located near Sturgeon Falls ON which is about 1 and a half hours from my place. It is being used a a limo for weddings and stuff. In case you're wondering like I was, it is powered by a 250 HP air cooled which apparently pushes a full load of passengers without any difficulty.
