In my opinion (after WBX, 2x Audi V6 gas and now the V6 TDI), this is the perfect engine for the Vanagon. Only the raised engine bay lid is a pity... With this, the emissions question is already cleared. Stays the crash behaviour. If this is okay for 2010, I see no reason not to built them Vanagons again.

But please with the SA body modifications!
