I just finished watching the 1967 film "Wait Until Dark" and the bad guys use a bus during their stake out. In describing the vehicle to the main character (a blind woman) the little girl next door calls it a "squatty little truck." :)

What was the first film to feature a Volkswagen, I wonder...
