Blasphemy, I know, but I use my stove for heat, nothing more. I have good sleeping bags and blankets and use those at night. Put on warm clothes if I am up and sitting inside, with the periodic use of one burner for warmth. On cold mornings, I light my coffee and jump back in the bag till it's warm and the coffee is done.

If I am going to spend a lot of time in the cold..it isn't going to be cooped inside a Vanagon, no matter how comfy I get it with heat..

Don Hanson

Sorry for the test..Getting set with a new laptop and leaving for the California desert tomorrow morn.
