Best one I know of in Southern California is http://www.interstateusedparts.com/   They have a yard in Lake Elsinore, and an outlet in San Marcos.  They really saved the day one time when I needed a thermostat housing for my 1.9 L motor.  They're pretty organized over there.   Rich San Diego '85 GL Vanagon
