I know the standing lights you mean, David. I thought that in Germany they
only illuminated on the driver side as this would be the street sided when
parked on the shoulder. I always wondered why this wouldn't drain anything
but the freshest battery. I would see them on all night while the cars were
parked.
I don't know if these are also called city lights.
Can one put a bung in these extra holes?
