Tiico owners in the Bay Area can check out "International Auto in Livermore
on Franklin Lane. Detlev there can help with Tiico issues. He's smart as a
whip and does excellent work on all types of vanagon engines and
conversions. He's raised and trained in Germany still has plenty of
connections there and is great at getting his hands on obscure and hard to
find German (not South African) parts for all vanagons. The most honest and
knowledgeable mechanic I've ever met.
Take care,
Kep
