Actually these lights (7" round) were standard generic-fitment; until the earlyish 80s almost all cars had either this fitting, or in limited numbers of models, large rectangular generic (generally British cars like RWD Ford Escorts or Vauxhall Vivas... or my 89 Corolla). So you could take the lights out of most cars and stick them straight into a T3.
